PHP Development
The ideal fit for our team is an inspired and motivated Front/Back-End Engineer who cares and thinks as
much about the customer experience as they do about technology. You will be working in a small and
multi-disciplinary team experimenting and discovering new ways to make a big impact on our customers
and business.
We currently use technologies such as PHP, MySQL, API, SOAP and more.
Your responsibilities:
- Implement new website features.
- Set-up efficient and high performing database queries in MySQL.
- Use JavaScript to breathe new life into our front-end development.
- Working on REST APIs and / or use them
- Optimize application for maximum speed, scalability and maintainability
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 1+ years of experience in building software solutions in a corporate or start up engineering environment using JavaScript.
- 5+ years experience developing web applications using PHP
- You simply can’t live without Git and can use it on the command line.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical people.
- Good English Skills.
The ideal candidate:
- API Integration
- Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL) and key value storages such as memcache redis.
- Working knowledge of Laravel Framework.
- Working knowledge of System Architecture design skills.
- Working knowledge of Trouble shooting skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Working knowledge of API design.
- Working knowledge of designing and implementing scalable systems.
